"The world is listening” Palomine Band!

My name is Levi Lenaerts, I live in Belgium.

I play in a band (called Palomine) and we just started a world wide project: "The world is listening”. We collect video messages from at least one person of EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. (there are 194 countries in the world!)

We want to unite the world with music!

What does this mean: we collect video messages from people, recorded with a camera, web cam, mobile phone etc…, where they say, in their native language: Hi, I am (name), I live in (country) , and I listen to Palomine.

People who join this project can download our new cd for free, including artwork, and their video message might be featured in our new music video.

You can find all information at www.theworldislistening.com . The recorded video message can simply be uploaded on that website too! Very simple. (all instructions are on www.theworldislistening.com )

Free pre-release:People who join this project and upload a video message, receive a personal login code to download the pre-release of “Attention Alpha” for free including artwork, and their video message might be featured in our new music video. At the moment of writing, Palomine received already video messages from about 73 different countries. (about 9 countries so far from Africa, still a LOT to go!)

Palomine hopes to have all countries covered in january-february 2010.

  1. that great, that great!

  2. In 2010, the band Palomine collected video messages from EVERY country in the world.
Fans from 193 out of 194 countries uploaded their movies at www.theworldislistening.com.
Finding a fan in Vatican City was more difficult than expected... So they travelled to Vatican City themselves to find that last fan.

It took the band 11 months to complete this project.

Now, their brand new music video is ready, featuring 194 cameos from fans from 194 countries!
