Hazel Malawi
Thami South Africa
The housemates of M-Net’s reality hit Big Brother Africa 3 have voted and after Monday’s (November 3) Nomination Show, screened across the continent on DStv, South Africa’s Thami and Malawi’s Hazel are up for eviction this week.
Tawana – Head of House for the third consecutive week – again decided against using her powers to influence the nominations, meaning that the Housemates’ vote stands. There are only five Housemates left in the game and, as tensions rise, nominations become more revealing about where loyalties lie.
·
Hazel nominated Munya because he is a strong contender and is intelligent and Ricco because she believes him to be a strong contender.
· Thami nominates Ricco by default because he believes it is futile choosing Tawana as she is Head of House. He also nominates Munya because he has not been nominated for a while, having been saved by his Finnish excursion. He believes Ricco and Hazel to be his biggest competitors.
· Tawana nominates Thami because she finds his conduct unacceptable and believes his negativity is bad for the House and Hazel, in the hope that she will be the only one who does so. The decision is “heartbreaking” because Tawana is close to everyone but Thami. She believes Ricco and Thami to be her biggest threats.
· Munya nominates Hazel and stresses that it’s nothing personal - because it’s either him or her. He also nominates Thami because he is likely to nominate him in return.
· Ricco nominates Thami because his behaviour in the past week affected the whole group and Hazel because there is no one else to nominate and she is always in discussions with Thami.
That left Thami and Hazel with 3 votes each, while Munya and Ricco each received 2. Now it’s up to viewers to decide the fate of the nominated duo – and remember, you
