Kaone.Day 25 of M-Net’s BIG BROTHER REVOLUTION was a shocker – in more ways than one! Make-ups, breakups and staying awake dominated the housemates’ time, though ultimately they lost their first task of the Revolution – and therefore 50% of their budget for next week. The ladies teamed up with Kevin, Kaone, Quinn, Itai and Jeremy to create a stronger opposing alliance to the Smokers’ Alliance. Itai got in trouble for revealing details of that alliance’s plans to Yacob and having failed to undo the damage he did, has switched allegiances to the “Smokers”. Now the women have no idea who to trust and the alliances seem to be teetering. Hannington told Big Brother that the scheming in the house has brought out his dishonest side – which he doesn’t like - and so has declared that he is ‘over’ alliances, while Kristal also told Koane and Kevin that she is now flying solo as she trusts no one.
The task for the day included a giant “Pillow Fight” which saw the housemates fighting to knock each other off the giant bed in the garden with oversize pillows, “Wisdom and Learning” which saw one housemate at a time reading a supplied page from an encyclopedia while the other housemates acted out what they were hearing and “Stun Buzz”, where the housemates were asked to don special suits and guide a metal handle with a circular end through an intricate twisted pathway without allowing the two to touch.
